Mercy is seeking an RN for Medical Stepdown, nights. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. The successful candidate will follow the nursing process and maintain accountability for care provided to assigned patients.

Education must include an RN credential with licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure. BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Position Details:

RN Medical Stepdown- FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am

$20,000 Sign On Bonus- Experienced Nurses

$10,000 Sign On Bonus- New Graduates

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
