Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide patient assessment, education and coordinated care across office settings in Michigan. The role emphasizes liaison work with providers and care teams, documentation accuracy and adherence to OSHA/CLIA regulations.

The RN will train new staff and support high-quality patient experiences. Responsibilities include triaging calls, assisting with examinations, maintaining supplies, and ensuring continuity of care with other providers

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required or within grace period.
• Associates degree with BSN preferred; hospital setting experience preferred.
• Proficient in MAPS/MCIR and EMR systems; knowledge of lab and billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Triages calls and coordinates urgent and non-urgent care.
• Performs patient assessment, vital signs, and documentation updates.
• Coordinates care with providers and care team for disease management.
• Assists with examinations and procedures; sets up and cleans exam areas.
• Maintains supplies and ensures compliance with policies and safety.
