Job summary

Trinity Health MI in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in our outpatient clinic, with emphasis on triage, care coordination and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Michigan with CPR.
• 1–2 years clinical experience in a medical/office setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team-oriented.
• Proficient in medical terminology and EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently triage patient needs via telephone and visits; ensure timely access to care.
• Document clinical findings clearly and timely.
• Enter orders (medication, labs, referrals) as directed.
• Coordinate with providers and care team members to ensure quality care.
• Educate patients and encourage portal usage during interactions.
