The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night Shift on the Meyer 8 Hospitalist unit. You will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care and collaborate with Hospitalist Attendings and the care team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include minimum 6 months of acute care RN experience, a BSN preferred (ADN accepted with intent to pursue BSN), active BLS, and Maryland RN license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months acute care RN experience (1 year preferred).
• Active BLS Certification at time of hire.
• Maryland RN license or compact license at time of hire.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with plan to matriculate to BSN.

Our Meyer 8 Hospitalist unit tackles a diverse range of diagnoses, including sickle cell crisis, heart failure, sepsis, COPD/asthma, DVT/PE, and much more. You’ll work exclusively with Hospitalist Attendings, ensuring a focused and collaborative care environment. Requirements

• Minimum 6-months acute recent RN M/S experience w/1 year preferred
• Baccalaureate degree, in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered. per nursing guidelines, must matriculate to Bachelors of Nursing program.
• Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
• Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire

Salary Range

Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
