Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking an RN to join the Meyer 8 Hospitalist unit, working 12-hour shifts with rotating days and nights and self-scheduling. New grads are encouraged to apply. A BSN is preferred, with an ADN considered if the candidate plans to pursue a BSN within 4 years of hire.

The Meyer 8 Hospitalist unit tackles a diverse range of diagnoses, including sickle cell crisis, heart failure, sepsis, COPD/asthma, DVT/PE, and much more. You’ll work exclusively with Hospitalist Attendings, ensuring a focused and collaborative care environment. Requirements

• New grad RN's should apply
• Baccalaureate degree, in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred.
  Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered. per nursing guidelines, must matriculate to Bachelors of Nursing program w/in 1 year of hire, and graduate w/in 4 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 36.07/hour - Maximum 54.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
