Job summary

CHI Williston Health in Williston, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring changes in patient condition, administering medications and IV therapies, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an ND RN license and an Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification required at hire.
  • PALS and ACLS certifications within 6 months of start.
  • RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses patient health and continuously monitors for changes.
  • Responds to life-threatening situations per standards and policies.
  • Sets priorities in the care plan and coordinates required resources.
  • Collaborates with providers to deliver exceptional care.
  • Administrates medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policy.
  • Provides patient and family education.

  • Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
  • Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
  • Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
  • Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
  • Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provides patient and family education

We are offering a $25,000 employment incentive until December 1, 2026 to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements
Required
  • Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire and
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months of start and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months of start
