Job summary

CHI Williston Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will perform assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, ND RN license, and certifications in ACLS, BLS/CPR, and PALS. A two-year RN experience is preferred, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Maintain a knowledge base regarding sedation/analgesic and anesthetic agents and techniques, physiologic and physiological response to the recovering patient
• Assess, plan, intervention for and evaluate the physical and physiological response to analgesia; able to plan for the risks and the interventions for those risks associated with the administration of sedation, analgesia, and anesthetic agents
• Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
• Collaborates with other care staff to assure smooth transition for patient throughout the facility using proper hand off techniques
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures

We are offering a $25,000 Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
