Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. This full-time night shift (7p–7:30a) offers 3-12 hour shifts with rotating holidays and weekends.

Hourly rate ranges from $35.35 to $53.58, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for qualified candidates. The role emphasizes safe patient care using the nursing process, direct patient care, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate required within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Arrhythmia interpretation training within 30 days of hire.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• RN-BC or similar certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Telemetry.
• Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities of nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians.
