Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time float pool position in a hospital setting. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery across units.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 1 year in acute care. Night shifts are available, with overnight compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing required.
1+ year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments addressing physiological, psychological, and social factors.
Develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
