Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in our Float Pool. Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases of up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development, and advancement criteria. Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000.

You will assess, plan, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care in a faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• RN with an Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1+ year experience in acute care hospital.
• RN license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
