Job summary

BayCare Health System in Riverview, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Tele unit. The RN will provide direct patient care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The position is full-time, nights 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with weekend rotation every other. Requires ADN, BLS, and 6 months of acute care experience; CMS vaccine requirements apply. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with inter-disciplinary care providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Organizes, prioritizes and updates care plans with patients and families.
• Identifies safety risks and ensures safe patient environments.
