BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Cardiac Unit at St. Joseph's South Hospital in Riverview, FL.

The RN will provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, collaborate with the team, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients. Requirements include an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of acute care experience with an ADN.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and update plans of care
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to support staff
• Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
• Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development
