Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in and maintains awareness of performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluates and integrates evidence-based practice into clinical care.
• Conducts and documents accurate clinical assessments.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates the patient’s plan of care.
• Uses nursing judgment to tailor the plan of care to patient needs.
• Manages patient assignments and delegates tasks appropriately.
• Develops patient/family education and discharge planning, documenting per standards.
• Supports precepting and development of new staff; participates in ongoing education.
