Carle Health is seeking a staff Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for a designated patient group. You will manage assessments, develop and implement care plans, and document care accurately within your unit.

Your responsibilities include safe medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external candidates, with emphasis

Formación

• Certifications: BLS within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• ACLS within 1 year - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Education: College Diploma: Nursing

Responsabilidades

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Implements procedures and theories related to the specific area of practice.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care.
• Completes initial assessment upon patient admission and develops a plan of care.
• Implements plan of care, nursing interventions, and patient care procedures.
• Delegates patient care tasks to assigned staff and validates completion.
• Ensures patient safety and effective triage, responding to call lights promptly.
• Communicates with the healthcare team to promote collaboration and safety.
