Job summary

Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (Carle Health) is seeking a Medical Surgical Staff Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and deliver care according to unit standards. Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days (AHA)
• College Diploma Nursing

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care per unit standards and develops plans of care.
• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions and therapies.
• Documents nursing care accurately to support care coordination.
• Maintains patient safety and promptly responds to emergencies.
• Through bedside shift reports and rounding, engages patients and families in care decisions.
