Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Milford, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process. You will assess patients, develop care plans and coordinate discharge planning within an active clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS through AHA or ARC required for every RN within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course.
• PALS required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course.
• NRP Advanced Provider required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessments and reassessments according to standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care within the assigned unit.
