Job summary

This non-exempt position requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and area-specific ACLS/PALS qualifications with potential signing bonuses and union representation through MNA-Milford Regional Medical Center. The schedule includes nights and weekends as posted.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering whichever is sooner.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting.
• Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level.
