Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Evanston Hospital campus. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with shifts Monday-Friday 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and rotating weekends. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care to all patient populations, planning with the nursing process, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A BSN is preferred and IL licensure plus BLS/CPR certification are required, with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
