Job summary

Endeavor Health's Evanston Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Transition Unit on night shifts. The role is full time, 36 hours per week from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, located in Evanston, IL.

You will provide nursing care, apply the nursing process, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide unlicensed staff. A BSN is preferred; IL RN license and BLS/CPR required; at least 2 years med/surg experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
