Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required (unencumbered)
• BLS certification required
• ADN or BSN preferred
• English fluency (reading, speaking, writing)
• Basic computer skills (Windows)
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; regularly evaluate and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to optimize patient care and ensure clear communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care plans and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care within the nursing team to ensure quality.
