Job summary

AdventHealth in Burleson, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care on the night shift. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans with a multidisciplinary team, administer medications and IV fluids, and coordinate transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification.
• Associate's of Nursing required; RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administers medications, IV fluids, and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Ensure patient safety, documentation, and adherence to infection control standards.
• Lead practice group meetings and participate in peer reviews.
