Valley Baptist Health System Harlingen is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts to deliver high-quality direct patient care across units. You will assess needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per nursing process.
• Supervise staff and ensure safe, appropriate patient care per facility policies.
• Administer medications safely and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate patient care within medical regimens and clinical standards.
• Adhere to safety, risk management, QA and infection control guidelines.
