Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Document care activities accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and post-discharge care.
