Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state Compact) and current BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions.
• Assist with the care plan and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes.
• Deliver care plans with independent judgment as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to communicate patient care plans.
• Prioritize and coordinate daily patient flow and experience.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessment and care delivered.
• Adhere to confidentiality and safety policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
