Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an RN for the NT6 Observation unit to provide acute care on a fast-paced, 35- to 43-bed unit with a 24- to 48-hour patient stay. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive care, including Foley/IV/NG insertions and telemetry monitoring.

The role requires an RN license and a Nursing Diploma, with a BLS certification and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Implements procedures and theories related to the specific area of practice.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to assure integration of information for use by the healthcare team.
