Qualifications

• RN license and active registration.
• 1+ year of RN experience in an acute care hospital.
• CPR/BLS certification and hospital protocol knowledge.
• Fluency in English in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological and psychosocial dimensions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per orders.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and track outcomes.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
