Job summary

North Okaloosa Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across Med/Surg, Orthopedics, and Telemetry units. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, following physician orders and established protocols.

The role requires nursing licensure, BCLS, and 0-2 years of experience; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. Full-time night shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required or student rotations in acute care.
• RN license and Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care according to nursing process and physician orders.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects per standards of practice.
• Assist physicians during procedures within defined competencies.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions and post-discharge care.
