Zusammenfassung

AdventHealth Parker is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Night shift to provide comprehensive patient care in Med-Surg units. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Prerequisites include an RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of Med-Surg experience. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year Med Surg experience required
• RN license and BLS required

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
