AdventHealth Parker in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in Med/Surg, assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the care team. This full-time, day-shift position offers a supportive environment.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), RN license, BLS certification, at least 1 year Med/Surg experience, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's degree is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physiological, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans and document outcomes.
• Administer meds and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients/families and promote self-care.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Monitor and respond to code situations as needed.
