Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an Inpatient Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Clovis, NM. The role supports direct, compassionate patient care during night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to coordinate care, provide education, and ensure effective discharge planning while maintaining current nursing competencies and adhering to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum ADN required.
• Current NM RN license or compact state license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or will be required within unit timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize patient care on the Medical-Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care.
