Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in NC or multi-state compact license.
• 1–3 years of acute care experience; recent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial and ongoing assessments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team.
• Assists patients with daily living activities.
