The Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Unit at Aultman Orrville Hospital. You will provide direct, primary nursing care, assess patient needs, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

You will supervise LPNs, PCTs, and other staff, administer medications safely, and advocate for patient safety, quality care, and family involvement. Ohio RN licensure and BLS are required with ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Obtain and maintain current American Heart Association (AHA) training in Basic Life Support (BLS) utilizing RQI is required.
• Certification preferred for RNs meeting applicable certification eligibility requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct, primary nursing care to patients/residents.
• Delegates and coordinates patient care with the health care team.
• Supervises care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff as applicable.
• Administers medications safely according to the five rights.
