Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct, professional nursing care and coordinate care for patients/residents in the East Region including North Canton and surrounding areas.

The RN will supervise licensed aides and collaborate with physicians, families, and the health care team to ensure high-quality, safe patient outcomes. Ongoing development, adherence to standards, and timely communications are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation.
• Advocates for patients and enhances safety, comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintains current knowledge reflecting modern nursing practice and quality.
• Adheres to professional standards, ethical guidelines, statutes and regulations.
• Collaborates with patient, family and healthcare team in care delivery.
• Demonstrates High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles in practice.
• Provides leadership and contributes to peer and student development.
• Incorporates research findings into daily practice.
• Reviews department communications and completes learning tasks timely.
