ChristianaCare Health System is seeking a capable RN to join our Float Pool in Newark, DE. This role offers full-time and part-time options with 12-hour shifts, across multiple units to broaden clinical versatility and impact patient care daily.

The candidate will hold or pursue a BSN, possess a current BLS certification, and have at least 2 years of Med/Surgical experience in an acute care setting. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in acute care.
• BSN required or plan to obtain BSN within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing and patient care across multiple units in Newark and Wilmington.
• Demonstrate collaborative, patient-centered care and strong critical thinking across units.
