Job summary

Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware, is seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our hospital-based contingent team. You will rotate through cardiovascular, neuro ICU, surgical ICU, medical ICU, and Wilmington ICU, delivering patient-centered care across a range of critical units on 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of ICU experience is required.
• BLS is required.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Float to Cardiovascular Critical Care Complex, Neuro ICU, Surgical Critical Care Complex, Medical ICU and Wilmington ICU.
• Provide patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support flexible self-scheduling and role in contingent workforce.
