ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced RN for its Float Pool in Newark, Delaware. This role offers full-time flex hours with 72 hours per pay period and overnight 7p-7:30a shifts across multiple units to build clinical versatility.

BSN is required or must be pursued within three years. A minimum of 2 years Med/Surgical RN experience in acute care and BLS certification are required. Excellent benefits and paid time off support work-life balance.
