Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates and promotes timely patient placement and admission/discharge processes.
• Participates in peer interviewing and peer review.
• Ensures safe and effective nursing care by adhering to standards and regulations.
• Collects patient data for assessments and process improvement.
• Performs initial patient assessments and initiates necessary consults and discharge planning.
