Qualifications

• RN with Florida license (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification (Required)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
• Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) preferred

Responsibilities

• Shift: Day
• Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
• Ensures safe and effective handoff communications and documentation between caregivers.
• Delivers comprehensive patient assessments and planning for discharge needs.
• Maintains unit-specific clinical competency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with team to manage patient flow and timely placement.
