Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of Med Surg experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 1 year Med Surg experience required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular evaluation and revision.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitor for reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
