Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days – American Heart Association (AHA).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) – Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
• Education: HS Diploma/GED; Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Performs RN duties per unit scope of service and approved care plans.
• Documents nursing care accurately and communicates with the care team.
• Assess patients on admission, develop and adjust care plans, and ensure patient safety.
