AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a licensed RN to join our full-time day-shift team. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications per physician orders within hospital protocols.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document care activities in the medical record while maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Formación

• Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and basic computer tasks.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and coordinate care with others.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
