Bon Secours Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med-Surg unit at West Hospital. The role delivers compassionate nursing care, assesses patients, administers medications, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality outcomes.

Candidates should have a nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred), current RN licensure, and at least one year of RN experience (acute care preferred); BLS is preferred or required upon hire, ACLS acceptable in lieu

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
• One year of RN experience (required)
• Six months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient care; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Administer medications and document charting.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
