Job summary

Mercy Health in Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care across medical and surgical units. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor patients, administer therapies, and develop care plans to improve outcomes.

Current RN licensure and BLS are required or preferred with ACLS as an alternative. Ideal candidates have at least one year of RN experience and a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience is required.
• Six months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• BLS is preferred at hire; ACLS can substitute for BLS.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate, update and revise the plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely in line with Mercy Health policies.
• Develop and perform patient care plans to improve outcomes.
