Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg unit at St. Rita's Medical Center in Ohio. You will leverage clinical nursing skills and leadership to assess patient status, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Prerequisites include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, RN licensure, and at least 1 year of RN experience. BLS is preferred at hire; ACLS may substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• One year of RN experience (required).
• Current state RN licensure; BLS (preferred at hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, monitor patient status, administer medications.
• Develop and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
