Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking contracted RNs to work in a skilled Med Surg facility. Shifts are available immediately.

Available Hours: PRN 5:45A-6:15P 5:45P-6:15A. The role offers flexible schedules, weekly and next business day pay options, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered nursing license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for charting.
• Ability to work as part of a team and multi-task.
• Candidates must pass a criminal background check including FBI fingerprint history and pre-employment drug screen.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning process.
• Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
