Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking contracted night nurses for Medical-Surgical units in Georgia. Shifts run from 7 PM to 7 AM, with immediate availability and PRN options.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning and coordinating care, and supporting student nurses and staff. Candidates must be licensed, have at least 1 year experience, and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered nursing license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Basic computer skills for charting.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Background check including FBI fingerprint and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and document findings to inform the plan of care.
• Serve as clinical leader, orient and supervise students and staff.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient conferences.
• Perform focused interviews and analyze data for nursing diagnoses.

BOS Medical Staffing is looking for contracted nurses to work in an Medical Surgical setting. Looking for Night Nurses. Shifts are available immediately. Available Hours: PRN 7P-7A

Responsibilities

Conducts an assessment of patient’s condition (i.e., physical, emotional, age, etc.), documents assessment findings, and, in conjunction with medical notes, develops a plan of care. Serves as a clinical leader, implementing nursing concepts, conducting patient conferences, and assisting in directing, orienting, and teaching student nurses, Nursing Assistants, LPNs, and other ancillary personnel. Participate in discharge planning process. Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’ s condition. Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

Current, unencumbered nursing license At least 1 year of work-related experience as nurse Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. Basic computer skills for charting Ability to work as part of a team and multi-task Candidates must pass a criminal background check including an FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Check and Pre-employment drug screen.
