Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses for Med Surg assignments in Charlottesville, VA. Shifts are available immediately, with part-time and full-time positions and 7A-7P and 7P-7A rotations.

Candidates must hold a current RN license and have at least 1 year of RN experience, be able to work in a team, and have basic computer charting skills. A background check and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered nursing license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for charting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.
