Job summary

The Rochester Rehab & Living Center, part of Volunteers of America National Services, seeks an RN in Rochester, MN. You’ll provide skilled nursing care on 12-hour shifts and collaborate with a compassionate team to support residents’ health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in MN is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and cognitive resident assessments using the nursing process.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure orders are followed.
• Contribute to the facility's QAA/QAPI development and activities.
• Act as liaison among physicians, residents, families and care team.
