Anoka Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support resident care under RN supervision in a respectful, home-like setting.
Open shifts run 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM with every 3rd weekend, offering 24 hours per pay period across two shifts. Eligible applicants may benefit from benefits such as 403(b), scholarships, insurance, and paid time off.

LPN Salary: $30-33
RN Salary: $37-$40
Job Highlights:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) shall perform in accordance with state and local laws and within the guidelines of his/her professional organization. All functions shall be performed in accordance with the established policies and practices of Agency and the particular institution in which the LPN/RN is performing his/her duties. The LPN/RN is qualified by education, training, experience and demonstrated abilities to give nursing care under the direction of a RN and to have the knowledge of the principles of psychological, biological and social sciences. Resident Care – Support training of all care providers, immediate report any suspected abuse or neglect, complete admission and ongoing assessments, pass medications and complete treatments as needed. Ensure awareness and educate on DNR status.
