Job summary

Rochester Rehab & Living Center, part of Volunteers of America National Services, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant in Rochester, MN. The role offers meaningful, resident-focused care, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth on a dedicated care team.

Pay Range: $20.00-$24.00 per hour. Schedule includes Day shifts 6:30am–6:30pm and Night shifts 6:30pm–6:30am, with every 3rd weekend. VOANS supports a diverse, inclusive workplace and caregiver development.

Qualifications

• Current CNA licensure in MN.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
